Montessori Care is a registered NDIS and aged care provider based in Summer Hill, Sydney. We are looking for an organised and reliable Rostering Coordinator to join our operations team and keep our support worker schedules running smoothly across Sydney and NSW.
About the Role
You will coordinate the day-to-day rostering of support workers across our client portfolio, ensuring shifts are filled accurately, on time, and in line with client care requirements and award conditions.
You will be the operational backbone that keeps our support workers connected to the clients who need them.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage rosters across multiple client programs and geographic areas
- Coordinate shift changes, cancellations, and last-minute cover
- Communicate directly with support workers to confirm availability and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Monitor staffing gaps and flag resource shortfalls to the Service Delivery Lead
- Maintain accurate rostering records and produce reports as required
- Identify process improvements to increase rostering efficiency
About You
- Previous experience in a rostering, scheduling, or coordination role
- Experience in the NDIS, aged care, or community services sector is highly regarded
- Proficient in rostering software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Transparent communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders without losing track
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
