Our client is a market-leading LegalTech organisation seeking an experienced Generalist Litigation lawyer to join their specialist Litigation team in Sydney.
This is a unique opportunity to step away from traditional fee-earning practice and apply your legal expertise in a technology-focused role, helping shape innovative software solutions used by Litigation Lawyers across Australia.
Starting salary of $140K-$150K+Super plus benefits - Free Platinum Gym membership Hybrid working and Progression.
The Opportunity
Working closely with Product, Development and Client Success teams, you'll act as a subject matter expert, ensuring software solutions meet the real-world needs of Litigation firms.
This role would suit someone who enjoys problem solving, has a genuine interest in technology and AI, and wants to influence the future of legal practice.
IMPORTANT: No previous experience in similar role is required. All you need is to be a seasoned Litigation lawyer You do not need to be a Tech' whizz at all and will be trained in everything else that you need.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Litigation expertise to product and development teams
- Review and test new functionality and product enhancements
- Deliver client training, webinars and software demonstrations
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement
- Develop legal content, precedents and educational resources
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences and seminars
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
- 4+ years' experience as a Litigation lawyer
- An interest in legal technology, automation and AI (Not technical knowledge)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to engage confidently with a range of stakeholders
- A collaborative and proactive approach
