The group operates quality hotel bistro operations throughout all their hotels.

Coniston hotel operates seven days a week from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm and runs all traditional hotel facilities including bar, gaming, TAB, accommodation, and food.

Currently weare looking for industry professionals and individuals new to the industry to join our team in our newly renovated hotel. Successful candidates will receivesupport, coaching and direction from our executive chef.
