The Fish Factory is excited to announce job opportunities for a permanent Pick Packer (Night Shift), with shifts starting at 12:00am. Working a 5 day roster, which will include one Saturday shift, this role offers the successful candidates high work-life balance. This role will include freezer and chiller work. This role offers the luxury of an early start-early finish, EVERY WEEK!

Your role

The successful candidate will be someone who values high levels of teamwork & efficiency. Having a focus on effective task completion, the successful candidate portrays high levels of attention to detail. You will be joining an established team of packing and warehouse crew, supervised by the Packing Supervisors.

The main responsibilities of the position are:

- Picking, packing and labelling of fish and other seafood products for fulfilment of customer orders
- General warehouse duties as required.

Experience, qualifications & personal attributes

- Knowledge, qualification and/or proven application of food safety and hygiene standards
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be attentive to customer/client needs and determined to provide customer/client satisfaction.
- Ability to organise, prioritise, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Strong work ethic.
