Bornhoffen is a PCYCLeadership Development Centre located at Natural Bridge near theQLD-NSW border. We work in partnership with schools and communityorganisations to deliver leadership development programs usingadventure-based and experiential learning to build personal andsocial capability.

Your NewRole

Reporting to theBornhoffen Program Service Manager,



you will lead and deliver safeand effective experiential learning and adventure-based programsfor young people. It may also include some support functions suchas program planning and logistics. AboutYou

- Recognisedindustry accreditation and experience across various adventureactivity disciplines e.g. Cert IV in Outdoor Recreation,etc
- Experience inoutdoor education, with the ability to facilitate groups of avariety of ages, backgrounds and towards programgoals
- Current ManualDrivers’ License and an ability to drive in a variety ofterrain and off-road conditions
- Hold a currentFirst Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain at awilderness level)
- Ability totravel including overnight stays as required
