We're seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team at Sunshine Toyota as a Toyota Automotive Apprentice. This full-time role will be based at our Sippy Downs location on the Sunshine Coast. As an apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the exciting world of automotive repairs and maintenance under the guidance of our experienced technicians.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a wide range of Toyota vehicles
- Completing routine servicing and inspections to ensure our customers' vehicles are running at their best
- Developing your technical skills through hands‑on training and mentorship from our team of experts
- Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment
Important note: a manual driver licence is required for this position.

- A passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in learning the latest Toyota technologies and repair techniques
- Solid mechanical aptitude and a willingness to get hands‑on with vehicle diagnostics and repairs
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude
- A commitment to safety and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
