The Role

This is a varied and rewarding HR Advisory role, combining phone and email advice with onsite and remote client consulting.

You’ll be trusted to deliver practical, commercially sound HR advice while building strong, long‑term client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering timely and pragmatic HR, ER and IR advice via phone and email
- Providing onsite and remote consulting services,



including:
- Training workshops and webinars
- Attendance at HR meetings
- FWC responses and presentations
- Interpreting Modern Awards and keeping clients informed of changes and updates
- Developing strong, ongoing relationships with membership clients
- Managing and updating our client HR document library
- Collaborating on a variety of internal and client projects
- Attending client and partner conferences and exhibitions
- Working closely with our experienced HR Advisory team to deliver best‑practice outcomes

About You

You’re a true HR all‑rounder who enjoys autonomy, problem‑solving and trusted client relationships.

You will bring:

- Proven experience in an HR advisory or consulting role, ideally supporting small businesses
- Strong, practical knowledge of employment relations across diverse industries
- Experience designing and delivering training and workshops (onsite and online)
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to shared goals
- Confidence, empathy and professionalism in every client interaction

Location

This is a Sydney based role, based in the CBD office Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

Work From Home Tuesdays and Fridays.
This role is 5 days a week – however there is some flexibility with hours.
