Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management industry
- Class 2 Real Estate License or in the process of gaining
- Unrestricted Drivers License
- Proficiency in Property Me, Inspection Manager and ideally a working knowledge of Tapi
- Demonstrated involvement in community service work for the local region

Tasks & responsibilities

- Provide exceptional, customer focused service to clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, both Landlord and Tenant
- End and mid month preparation and distribution
- Coordination of ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Prepare and attend tribunal hearings
- Assist Maintenance Agent with property maintenance
- Arrange and conduct routine inspections from time to time
