Friday 10:30am to 12:30pm
Additional shifts will come up now and again to cover team members

We’re looking for support workers who are not only reliable and skilled but also share a love for adventure and inclusion. If you’re someone who can bring energy, creativity, and patience to every outing, and you’re excited about helping someone live life to the fullest, you’ll be a great match.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide community access and in-home supports
- Assist with emails and light admin tasks
- Assist in grocery shopping
- Accompany our client to places of interest and fun outings (parks, cafes, meeting up with his daughter)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with working with clients in the mental health field
- Outstanding communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Someone who values independence, inclusion, and fun
- Must have a driver's license and access to a vehicle as shifts involve community access
- You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.

To be successful you must…
- Have experience in the disability field, mental health experience is highly desirable
- Resonate with the role description above
- Be a decent, caring and compassionate human who wants to help our nation's most vulnerable
- Have awesome multitasking,
prioritising skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Hold a NDIS Worker Screening Card and Working with Children Blue Card
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
- To deliver high-quality support to our clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our clients' needs with our clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our clients' needs
- Provide support to our clients as required
- To support our clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our clients
- Be reliable, flexible and responsive to fill shifts when required
