The Accounts Administrator is a part time position (18 hours per week), flexible for school hours.
The Accounts Administrator reports directly to the Office Manager and is responsible for day-to-day accounts duties as directed by the Office Manager, and working with our external Bookkeeper. We operate in the aviation and education industries which require you to be savvy, astute, and have a proactive and hands on approach to driving business.

ABOUT THE ROLE (primary duties and responsibilities):
- Accounts Payable.
- Accounts Receivable.
- Finance / Administration Support.
- Data Entry / Records Management.
- Quality / Compliance.
ABOUT YOU (required skills and education)
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who is passionate about building long lasting and fruitful relationships with others.
You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills, and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
You must:
- Have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Have a sound knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Be fluent in English with strong communications skills - both written and oral.
- Be proficient with accounting software, Reckon Hosted (preferred).
- Have a sound working knowledge and practical experience with Electronic Data Management Systems, in particular M Files (preferred).
- Have a sound working knowledge and skills in the use of a diverse range of software applications including but not limited to Microsoft products, Adobe products, Zoom etc.
- Have a sound working knowledge and practical hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Have strong conceptual ability in troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Have attention to detail and accuracy, and strong time management, prioritisation and interpersonal skills.
