Prior experience within a warehousing environment is highly desirable

Ability to work from the Geebung site full time - (Mon-Fri - 6am-3pm plus overtime)

About the Role

As a Customer Service Truck Operator (hand unload), you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including undertaking deliveries via truck, trade store operations, customer service, warehousing and general duties. Your primary duty will be the delivery and hand unload of plasterboard sheets and associated materials into construction sites.

Some tasks as part of this role include:

Safely transporting goods to designated locations

Load and unload items,



ensuring proper handling to prevent damage and injury

Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork

Ensure stages of delivery are updated in Knauf delivery app RADARO

Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management

General warehouse duties & house keeping

Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
