Key Responsibilities

- Lead the warehousing team to succeed in efficiency, compliance and initiative – fostering a positive and accountable team culture
- Workforce planning which optimises resources deployment and manages operational staffing costs
- Identify and execute initiatives to optimise workflow, space requirements and equipment layout
- Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries and stock levels
- Monitor team performance and support individual progress and capability growth
- Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3+ years proven experience in a fast-paced Warehousing and Logistics business




- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems as well as transport and logistics processes
- Ability to lead, drive and manage a large diverse team with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound experience in Translogix, WMS Logistics and Microsoft office is desirable
- Experience with implementing process improvement initiatives
- Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines and effectively balance priorities
