We're looking for an organised, client-focused Project Coordinator to help deliver digital projects and provide ongoing support to our clients. If you enjoy building relationships, coordinating technical teams and keeping projects on track, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

You will become part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, practical problem solving and delivering high-quality digital solutions for long-term clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate multiple website and software development projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations.
- Prepare project scopes, estimates and proposals.
- Schedule development work and monitor project progress.
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks and project documentation.
- Coordinate testing, deployment and ongoing support.

What we are looking for

You will be someone who enjoys bringing order to complex projects,



building trusted client relationships and working closely with developers to deliver successful outcomes.

Ideally you will have:

- Experience coordinating digital, web or software development projects
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- A customer-focused approach and high attention to detail

Experience with the following would be an advantage, but isn't essential:

- NET CMS platforms (Umbraco or Kentico)
- Agile, Scrum, Lean or PRINCE2 methodologies

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is reliable, skilled and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. We value attitude and communication just as highly as technical experience.
