Brisbane Truss & Timber is a growing timber truss and wall frame manufacturer based in Bundamba, running the latest Pryda design software and automated production equipment. We supply builders across South East Queensland and we're building a team that can keep up with demand.

The role

We're looking for an experienced Estimator/Detailer to take jobs from plans to production. You'll be:

Detailing roof trusses, wall frames and floor systems in Pryda Build

Preparing accurate quotes and estimates from architectural and engineering plans

Producing layouts, cutting lists and manufacturing paperwork for the factory

Liaising with builders, engineers and our production team to resolve design queries

Managing job files from quote through to delivery

What we need

Proven experience detailing and/or estimating in a truss and frame plant — this is not an entry-level role





Pryda experience preferred, but strong Multinail or MiTek detailers will pick up Pryda quickly and are encouraged to apply

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Sound knowledge of AS1684 and timber framing practices

Accuracy under deadline pressure — your work goes straight to the saw

Good communication with builders and factory staff
