- A trade qualification in HVAC/refrigeration with knowledge and understanding of the application of relevant Australian Standards and Codes of Practice.
- Demonstrated good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision while following secure work practices.
- Proven skills in fault finding and problem solving, including the ability to interpret building and services plans.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the use of computerised building management control systems to monitor, control, fault find and adjust systems and associated controllers.
