About the Role

Reporting to the National Estimating Manager, you will take ownership of tenders from initial review through to submission, working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver accurate and competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage tenders from first principles through to submission
- Prepare BOQs, cost plans, and detailed estimates
- Engage subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and assess pricing
- Identify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities within tender documents
- Manage post-tender clarifications and support project handover

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience pricing commercial projects up to $10M
- Solid proficiency in Buildsoft Cubit, Cubit Select & EstimateOne
- Solid understanding of construction methods, costs, and contracts
- Tender experience in Retail, Fitout, refurbishment and live environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and trades
