What You’ll Be Doing

- Turn plans into accurate, build-ready estimates with no surprises
- Identify buildability, compliance and scope risks before they reach site
- Ensure every estimate reflects how the home will actually be built
- Work closely with drafting,



procurement and construction to drive better outcomes
- Protect margin by getting the details right before construction begins

What you bring

- At least 2 years' experience in residential estimating, ideally with a volume home builder
- The ability to read plans and specifications and spot what others miss
- Confidence producing accurate take-offs, BOQs and build-ready estimates
- A strong understanding of how homes are actually built
- High standards, sharp attention to detail and a commercial mindset
