Role Overview

The Field Operations Supervisor is a hands-on, field-based leadership role responsible for maintaining the on-the-ground service standard across Exact Security's entire venue portfolio. This is not a desk-based role — the successful candidate will spend the majority of their working week out at client venues, building solid relationships, auditing guard standards, keeping site documentation current and ensuring that Exact Security's presence is felt across every venue we service.

The role will be based on a 4-week rotating cycle being:
Week 1 – Wednesday to Saturday




Week 2 – Tuesday to Saturday
Week 3 – Monday to Friday and
Week 4 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The timings for these shifts will start anywhere from 5.00pm through to 7.00am.

The ideal candidate is a proven security supervisor with on-the-ground registered club experience, exceptional people skills and the ability to hold a team to a high standard — professionally, respectfully and consistently. Alignment with our company values of Respect, Integrity, Commitment and Honesty is essential.

Mandatory Requirements

Current NSW Security Licence (Class 1A)

Current full NSW Driver's Licence and reliable own vehicle

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation

Current Senior First Aid certificate

Minimum 2–3 years on-the-ground security supervision experience

Demonstrated experience working in NSW registered clubs

Availability for weekdays, afternoons, evening shifts, early mornings and weekends on a rotational basis.

Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable reporting to senior management and speaking directly with clients and guards

High personal presentation standards — you are the face of Exact Security at every visit

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Right to work in Australia
