What You'll Be Doing

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Providing product advice and supporting customers with technical enquiries
- Liaising with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order delivery
- Following up quotations and assisting with sales conversion opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers
- Resolving customer concerns and providing outstanding service




- Assisting with showroom enquiries when required
- Maintaining accurate customer information within CRM and internal systems

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience: customer service, internal sales, sales support, order processing or administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsConfidence building relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and contribute

Highly Regarded

- Experience using ERP or CRM systems (Pronto highly desirable)
- Experience within manufacturing, wholesale, building products or trade environments
- Experience supporting trade customers
- Window furnishings or related industry experience
