Head of Transport, Planning & Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Transport (Planning and Operations) to play a pivotal role in the establishment and delivery of transport services for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. This senior leadership position is focused on creating a lasting legacy through the protected, reliable, and efficient movement of athletes, officials, media, and the Games Family. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic and business planning, designing the core operating model, and ensuring that transport requirements are seamlessly integrated across all aspects of the event. As the Games approach, the role will shift to the live operational delivery, leading a large team to oversee on-the-ground transport operations in a manner that is accessible, resilient, and aligned with the Games' requirements.Applicants for the Head of Transport role at the company should have significant senior experience in large-scale event transportation planning, readiness,



and operations, with a strong background in stakeholder engagement and coordination.
