360 Personnel is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Boilermaker to join a busy workshop based in Narangba. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with a well-established manufacturer, working on the fabrication and assembly of specialised heavy vehicles, tanks, trailers and industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, weld and assemble heavy steel components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans
- Perform MIG welding on structural steel and heavy fabrication projects
- Fabricate and repair tanks, trailers, truck bodies and industrial equipment
- Operate workshop machinery and fabrication equipment
- Carry out grinding, cutting, measuring and fitting duties
- Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets engineering specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Work collaboratively with fitters, fabricators and production teams
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker / Metal Fabricator
- Previous experience in heavy fabrication or engineering workshop environments
- Robust MIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
Highly Desirable
- Forklift Licence (LF)
- Overhead Crane experience
- Dogging or Rigging Licence
- Working at Heights
- Experience fabricating heavy vehicles, trailers, tanks or industrial equipment
- Experience working in manufacturing or heavy engineering environments
