Operations Administrator - Trades Services

Atlantic Plumbing Services (Jenbid Pty Ltd) is one of Sydney’s largest and most established commercial maintenance plumbing companies, servicing major organisations across NSW and the ACT.

We deliver a wide range of services including pump installation, servicing, and certification across water, waste, and stormwater systems. Operating in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, we leverage advanced technology like the AroFlo job management platform to provide real-time scheduling, transparency, and exceptional client service.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to play a pivotal role in our daily operations.

This position is central to coordinating technicians, apprentices, and subcontractors, managing workflows, and ensuring jobs progress efficiently from creation through to invoicing. You’ll be the key link between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders—ensuring service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate technicians, apprentices, and subcontractors to meet workload demands and deadlines
- Manage jobs in AroFlo and client portals,



ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and field teams to provide updates and support job delivery
- Oversee compliance requirements including inductions, certifications, and documentation
- Support field operations, including site visits and apprentice coordination (as required)
- Prepare quotes, manage admin tasks, and maintain accurate records
- Drive process improvements across scheduling, reporting, and job workflows

About You

- Proven experience in operations/admin
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience with compliance processes and client portals is advantageous
