Position Overview

As a Customer Service Superstar, you will provide exceptional customer support, solve problems, and ensure our customers have a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns via telephone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Actioning customer enquiries via inbound telephone and email, in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide customers with updates on deliveries, general transport information, services, and troubleshooting.
- Handle transport booking, cancellations, and rescheduling requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including drivers and logistics personnel, to ensure smooth operations.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

The Ideal Candidate will have

- Proven experience within an inbound customer service role (FMCG, Supply Chain preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle various customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to finding solutions
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365, and Transport and or Warehouse Management Systems
- Flexible for sift scheduling between the hours of 7:30AM - 5:30PM
