Falcones Bread is a family owned bakery that has been supplying fresh bread since 1953 to major retailers, food service providers and restaurants.

Based in Minto, your role will be responsible for the Installation, maintenance and fault finding of all equipment, ensuring machines and equipment are working efficiently, safe and fit for purpose.

You will need to be flexible with your availability as the hours will very depending on the maintenance required.

Your Responsibilities:

- Work in a protected and controlled way ensuring your own safety as well as the safety of others.
- Install new equipment as required
- Fabricate as required
- Operate machinery within the plant, apply all machine settings and understanding of their effect on operations.
- Carry out weekly preventive maintenance on all equipment and updating the maintenance schedule as required




- Fault find and repair defective equipment efficiently
- Communicate the days findings and repairs with your team leader

Previous Experience

- Experience inMechanical/Fabrication Trades.
- Experience in Fitting and general maintenance.
- Experience in high speed manufacturing
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Word
- Ability to effectively prioritise and complete tasks in a high pressure, breakdown enviroment.

Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Salary will be reviewed annually.
