Artemus Group is growing, and we're looking for passionate, people-focused Duty Managers to join our restaurants across Manly Wharf. From bustling waterfront venues to premium dining experiences, no two days are the same.

As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring every shift delivers an exceptional guest experience while supporting and developing your team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Coaching, mentoring and motivating front-of-house teams
- Supporting the Restaurant or Venue Manager with daily operations
- Managing labour, service standards and shift performance
- Handling guest feedback with confidence and professionalism
- Maintaining compliance with food safety, RSA and workplace procedures
- Creating a positive, high-performing team culture

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venue




- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and lead from the front
- A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Current NSW RSA
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
