We are a unique disability services organisation based on a working farm, providing meaningful support to people living with disability in a one-of-a-kind environment. We are looking for a motivated, organised, and driven individual who wants to grow with our business and develop into a key operational role.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional administration position. You will gain hands‑on experience across all areas of our organisation and work alongside our leadership team to understand how a successful disability business operates.
During your first month, you will work directly with our disability clients as a Disability Support Worker. This experience is designed to give you a strong understanding of our participants, the disability industry, our service delivery model, and how our farm‑based business operates. By learning the business from the ground up, you will gain the knowledge required to effectively support our departments and leadership team.
Following your onboarding, you will assist across our current management functions, including HR, Payroll, Rostering, and Service Management, while developing the skills required to take on greater responsibility within the organisation.
You will need to obtain
- Workers screening card (yellow card)
- A working with childrens card (blue card)
- First aid & CPR cert

Key Responsibilities
- Gain hands‑on experience delivering disability support and understanding participant needs.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of our disability services business.
- Support current managers across key departments, including:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Payroll
- Rostering
- Service Management
- Administration and Reception
- Learn and assist with staff scheduling, workforce coordination, and roster management.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR processes.
- Assist with payroll administration and maintaining accurate records.
- Learn reception and office administration duties.
- Assist with service delivery coordination and operational improvements.
- Support managers with reporting, compliance, and business processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support team performance.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in administration, customer service, leadership, operations, or a similar role is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to learn recent systems and processes quickly.
- Experience with HR, payroll, rostering, or disability services is beneficial but not essential.
- Training and development will be provided for the right person.
