We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating beautiful spaces and takes pride in immaculate presentation to join the team as a Guest Experience Housekeeper.
About the Role
As the Guest Experience Housekeeper, you’ll play an important part in shaping every guest’s experience on the property. We’re looking for someone who sees housekeeping as much more than cleaning. While around 80% of the role involves housekeeping and presentation, the person we’re looking for will notice the little things others don’t and understands that presentation is one of the biggest contributors to a memorable guest experience.
Unlike a traditional housekeeping position, this role offers genuine variety. One day may involve preparing luxury accommodation for arriving guests, the next helping setting up a wedding and ensuring that the wellness precinct is beautifully presented for guests seeking rest and relaxation.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
Luxury Accommodation
- Prepare and service luxury accommodation between guest stays.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens and living areas to premium hospitality standards.
- Make beds and present rooms impeccably.
- Restock amenities and guest consumables.
- Prepare outdoor baths,
decks and private guest spaces.
- Identify and report maintenance issues.
Weddings & Events
- Prepare the wedding venue before each event.
- Reset venue spaces following weddings and functions.
- Maintain guest amenities and public facilities.
- Assist with event setup and pack down.
- Ensure presentation standards remain consistently high.
Wellness Precinct
- Present and maintain the pool, spa, sauna and wellness facilities.
- Refresh towels, amenities and wellness spaces.
- Maintain pool surrounds, outdoor furniture and relaxation areas.
- Monitor cleanliness of the sports court and associated facilities.
- Conduct regular presentation checks throughout the day.
- Report maintenance or safety issues.
General Property Support
- Assist with guest enquiries where appropriate.
- Support other team members during events.
- Undertake presentation tasks across the property.
- Contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential if you have the right attitude and work ethic.
