- Coordinate, problem-solve, & support contractors in Brisbane's interiors market
- Based in Fortitude Valley with hybrid flexibility

At CSR, we’re building a better future together.

We are a team of 2,600 people across Australia and New Zealand, and we are all collaborating every single day towards a shared purpose - 'Building solutions for a better future'. As a leading Australian Manufacturing business, we're at the forefront of developing innovative, sustainable, and high performing building products and systems.

At CSR, we put people first. We are committed to creating a protected, respectful, supportive, and inclusive working environment that enables everyone to feel valued, grow and truly thrive. We are committed to providing equal opportunity for everyone and welcoming people of all backgrounds, identities, experiences, abilities, and life stage.

About the role

Woven Image is part of CSR's Interiors division and is a leader in design-led acoustic and textile solutions for commercial spaces. Our products are specified by architects and designers across workplaces, education, hospitality, and public environments.

We are looking for a Project Sales Coordinator to join our team in Fortitude Valley, supporting the successful delivery of specification projects across the Brisbane market.

If you've worked around construction, fit-outs, or product installation and enjoy being in the detail of projects while keeping customers and contractors on track, this role sits right in that sweet spot.

You’ll take ownership of projects once they move beyond specification—managing everything from quoting and coordination through to delivery and install—while working closely with builders,

contractors, and internal teams to make sure nothing falls over. You’ll be the link between sales, customers, and operations—keeping projects moving, solving problems on the ground, and making sure what's been sold actually gets delivered properly.

You’ll spend time both in the office and on-site, working directly with installers and contractors to ensure quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from tender stage through to delivery, supporting the sales team's specified projects.
- Prepare customer quotations, orders, and project documentation.
- Track projects through CRM, ensuring accurate data and reporting.
- Coordinate internally with sales, customer service, and operations to ensure project timelines are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and installers.
- Monitor project forecasts and provide reporting
- Identify and manage risks including specification substitutions or value engineering.
- Resolve project issues such as installation challenges, product concerns, or delivery delays.
- Assist with custom product briefs and solutions for larger projects.
- Support customers with product knowledge, specifications, and technical queries.
- Resolving issues on live projects (installation, product, or delivery-related)

About You

You’re organised, practical, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, follow things through, and step in to resolve issues to keep projects and customers on track.

You may come from a project coordination, sales support, or strong customer service background, where you've managed multiple stakeholders and competing priorities while delivering a high level of service.

Industry experience within interiors, construction, textiles, acoustic products, carpet, upholstery, fixtures, architectural materials, or similar specification-based products will be highly regarded.

What we offer

We strive to support your professional and personal growth. Here are some of the perks you'll enjoy as part of the CSR team:

- Supportive and collaborative culturethat fosters innovation and inclusion. You'll be surrounded by talented colleagues who are passionate about their work and committed to helping each other succeed.
- Care and wellbeing offerincludes up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave, 52 weeks of superannuation payment, and access to an employee assistance program.
- Rewarding careerwith on-the-job learning, development, and upskilling opportunities within and across our brands
