Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to keep operations running smoothly? We're looking for severalreliable Warehouse/Opertations Administratorstoplay a key role in managing daily warehouse and administrative activities. We have several companies in the logistics, warehouse and transportation spacelooking for great staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and reports
- Liaise with suppliers, drivers and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
- Support general administrative tasks and documentation management
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or administration
- SAP experience would be highly desired
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with inventory management systems (preferred), SAP or ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
These will be offered on a 3-6 month contract and also have the option to go perm.
