About The Role

- Reception and front-of-office support
- Meet and greet clients, trades, business associates and manage the office presentation.
- Manage incoming calls and general enquiries.
- Construction & Real Estate administration, including Form 6s, bond lodgements, contracts, document preparation, data management & day-to-day office operations.
- Reliable, punctual & well-presented,



with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Preparing & logging keys for office trades and staff.
- Support the broader team with day-to-day administration and process improvement.

Requirements

- QLD Real Estate Certificate / Registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Australian work rights
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook & general computer skills.
