Bartender | Gemelli Italian Broadbeach

About the Role

As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding beverage service while creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere behind the bar.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard

- Delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service

- Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar

- Recommending beverages and pairing drinks with menu items

- Processing orders accurately and efficiently

- Following RSA guidelines and all venue procedures

- Working closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service

- Assisting with opening and closing bar procedures

What We're Looking For

- Previous bartending experience (minimum 6 months preferred)





- Current Queensland RSA Certificate

- A passion for hospitality, cocktails, and customer service

- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy venue

- Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail

- Full Australian working rights

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle are an advantage, as there may be opportunities to work across multiple Gemelli Group venues when required. While not essential, flexibility to travel between venues will be highly regarded.
