About you

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A nurturing leadership style and passion for early education
- Commitment to supporting children's development and building strong family relationships
