Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager - Property Development

About the Role
TriCare Developments is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of a growing portfolio of property development projects across Queensland.
Working closely with the General Manager, Project Managers and Contract Administrators, you will play a key role in coordinating consultants, managing project documentation, and supporting project delivery from planning through to construction and completion.
This is an excellent chance for an experienced coordinator looking to step into a client-side development environment with clear progression to Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers across multiple active developments
- Coordinate consultants, documentation, and approvals processes
- Assist with programme tracking, reporting, and project updates
- Support cost tracking, procurement coordination, and general project administration
- Manage document control systems (e.g. Procore or similar)
- Prepare and coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, and action tracking
- Monitor project risks, issues,
and follow-ups across consultants and contractors
- Assist with tendering and contractor engagement processes
About You
- Relevant experience performing a Project Coordinator, Assistant PM or similar role in property development, construction, or client-side project management
- A tertiary qualification in a property development or construction related field
- Strong organisational and coordination skills across multiple projects
- Exposure to construction programmes, consultant coordination, and contract processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project systems (e.g. Procore, MS Project, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage competing priorities
