We're looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Manager to lead our busy tyre and mechanical workshop. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong automotive industry experience, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.

- Coordinate workflow, bookings, and job scheduling to maximise productivity and efficiency.

- Lead, mentor, and develop workshop technicians and support staff.

- Maintain high standards of workmanship, workplace safety, and customer service.

- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and the wider team.

- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Monitor workshop performance, productivity, and profitability.

- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-focused workplace culture.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:





- Strong knowledge of the tyre and automotive industry.

- Previous experience managing or leading a workshop, service department, or automotive team.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

- The ability to prioritise workloads and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

- A customer-first approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- A current driver's licence.
