About the role
This is a permanent full-time role that reports directly to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the team culture, customer experience and the compliant operation of the hotel.
- Proven success in a hospitality management role, with at least 12 months experience
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV Certificates and Approved Managers Licence
- Previous experience in a suburban pub advantageous
- Ability to engage with the community and drive exceptional customer experiences
- Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction
- The ability to implement and adhere to policies and procedures
- Reliable and excellent personal presentation
- Enthusiastic with a genuine passion for the industry, its patrons and the people that work within it
- Your drive to deliver a consistent high level of customer experience will be the key within this role. All whilst assisting in leading the team to success through a hands-on approach teaching current skills and expectations to the staff, to help build a strong hospitality team with a focus on delivering exceptional service towards our customers is aMUST.
