You will receive training and mentorship from our highly experienced Construction Managers while supporting and overseeing the construction of new homes. Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing multiple jobs including trades and labour
- Programming of works to meet minimum timeframes
- Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S; requirements
- Close liaison between internal and external staff members
- Close liaison with clients and relationship building
Skills & Experience
- Sound technical knowledge (home building experience and background)
- Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants
- Certificate IV Building & Construction, or commitment to undertake and complete if employed in the role
- Eager to learn
- Good forward planning / programming / organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent professional and personal presentation
- Full unencumbered driver's licence (essential)
