Love camping? Enjoy technology? Have an eye for detail and take pride in your work?
If so, we'd love to meet you!
Join the team at Austrack Campers – Heatherbrae as our Detailer & Handover Consultant (or as we like to call it, an Austrack-ologist!)
This is one of the most rewarding roles in our business. You'll meet customers on one of the most exciting days of their lives the day they collect their brand-current Austrack or Zodiac and begin their next adventure.
As the final person our customers interact with before they hit the road, you’ll play a huge part in creating a memorable and enjoyable experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Detail and prepare campers and caravans to showroom presentation standards.
- Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and Quality Control (QC) checks.
- Identify and rectify minor presentation issues before handover.
- Conduct customer handovers, demonstrating how each feature and system operates.
- Answer customer questions and provide practical tips to help them get the most from their new RV.
- Install or check accessories where required.
- Maintain the presentation of display stock and showroom units.
- Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure every delivery runs smoothly.
- Assist with customer after-sales enquiries and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and handover records.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and deliver exceptional customer service every day.
