We are seeking two dedicated and customer-focused part-time Bistro & Cafe Wait Staff with supervisory responsibility, to join our vibrant team at the North Ryde RSL Community Club. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience across both bistro and the cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Assist customers with menu selections, provide recommendations, and answer any questions.

Efficiently process orders and payments, ensuring accurate and timely service.

Serve food orders promptly and in accordance with a customer order and club service standards

Maintain a clean and well-organised service area, ensuring high standards of presentation.

Preparing and serving high-quality coffees to customers.

Maintain well-presented food displays and ensuring items are regularly restocked.

When required, ensure you correctly collect and return your till. Completing a balance check at the beginning and end of shift. Working with Management if any issues do arise.

Skills & Experience:

Previous customer service experience in a restaurant or cafe environment.

Leadership experience within the hospitality industry.





Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptable and adaptable, with the ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

A friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanour.
