Big Umbrella Recruitment is seeking a Principal Rehabilitation Consultant to lead and grow a multidisciplinary team on the Gold Coast. You will coach consultants, nurture key stakeholder relationships, and manage a caseload centered on WorkCover QLD.

The role combines leadership and hands-on case management in a vibrant, client-focused workplace. Ideal candidates are registered OT/Physiotherapist or ESSA EP with 2–3 years in workplace rehab and a track record of delivering RTW outcomes.
