Organisational Design & Change Manager - SAP SuccessFactors

We're looking for an experienced Organisational Development Advisor to join a major enterprise transformation program focused on delivering a modern SAP SuccessFactors solution. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping future workforce capability, organisational design and service delivery within a large, complex environment.

Working as part of a high performing transformation team, you'll help design future state operating models, support workforce transition activities and partner with stakeholders to deliver meaningful organisational change.
What you'll be doing

- Analyse and document current state operating models and service delivery arrangements
- Support the design of future state operating models, organisational structures and role design
- Develop workforce capability frameworks and undertake capability gap assessments
- Complete workforce impact analysis and contribute to workforce transition and change planning
- Facilitate workshops and engage with a broad range of business stakeholders, SMEs and leaders
- Produce organisational design artefacts, including operating model blueprints and structural design options
- Partner with HR and Employee Relations teams to support workforce consultation and transition activities
- Help ensure business continuity throughout organisational change and transformation activities

About you
You'll bring a strong background in organisational development,



organisational design or workforce transformation within large and complex organisations.
You'll also have:

- Proven experience delivering organisational design and operating model initiatives
- Experience supporting large scale business or digital transformation programs, ideally SAP or HRIS implementations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience in workforce planning, capability frameworks and organisational analysis
- Excellent analytical, written and communication skills
- The ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation
- Strong understanding of change management principles

Mandatory requirements

- Qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or a related discipline, orSignificant demonstrated experience delivering organisational development and organisational design initiatives
