Multotec Australia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with the MD, Executive Team and site leaders. The role blends practical, hands-on HR across operators and field teams with strategic workforce capability and development initiatives.

Approximately 70% of the time is hands-on operational HR and workforce support, with 30% focused on strategic capability and organisational development. The role reports to the MD and collaborates with finance, operations and HR teams.
