About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Head of Impact will own and codify Belgravia Leisure’s impact model and ensure our impact story is measurable, credible and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Belgravia Leisure’s impact strategy and value proposition
- Embed impact into strategic bids and growth initiatives
- Translate data and evidence into measurable business and community outcomes

In This Role, You Will

- Codify and strengthen Bwell into a defensible, evidence-backed impact and value proposition
- Embed Belgravia’s impact narrative into the bid library and support high-quality pursuit submissions
- Evolve the organisation’s impact measurement framework and evidence base
- Partner with the Head of Pursuits to ensure impact is integrated into every pursuit and proposal
- Interpret impact-related data and insights to inform product development, program design and service improvement
- Identify gaps in impact measurement, storytelling and reporting, and implement improvements
- Represent Belgravia Leisure’s impact story externally with credibility and influence
- Contribute to strategic thinking that improves win rates, conversion and overall business performance

About You

You are a commercially minded impact professional with the ability to connect social value, data and storytelling in a way that drives decisions and wins work. You’re confident operating at a senior level, influencing stakeholders and building credibility through evidence, insight and solid communication.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring

- Teritary qualifications in social impact, public health, community development or a related discipline, or equivalent experience




- Demonstrated expertise in social impact strategy, community health and/or impact measurement
- Strong ability to translate impact outcomes into commercial and bid value
- Experience in place-based program design, evaluation or community-focused initiatives
- Excellent written, analytical and persuasive communication skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and representing an organisation externally
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to lead change
- A genuine passion for community outcomes and the work Belgravia Leisure delivers
