At Unios, we design and engineer lighting solutions that shape the built setting. Our luminaires are assembled right here in Australia, by a team that takes real pride in what they make. We are growing, and we are looking for the right people to grow with us.

We currently have openings across two roles at our modern facility in Gnangara, with casual, part-time and full-time positions available.

Distribution Coordinator

A hands-on, practical role at the heart of our operations. You will coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, stock allocation, picking, packing and distribution. Using equipment such as electric pallet lifters and reach trucks, you will move inbound and outbound stock safely and efficiently, check incoming goods against manifests, maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular stocktakes. Keeping your workspace clean, organised and compliant with our WHS requirements is a given. So is representing Unios positively in every customer interaction.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a high-performing warehousing or distribution environment, relevant materials handling licences, and a genuine commitment to accuracy, safety and quality.

Production Technician

A precision-focused role within our production team,



assembling and customising Unios luminaires to support the specification needs of architects, consultants and developers across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. You will follow work assembly instructions to build products to defined specifications, manage and process work orders in our stock management software, perform quality control inspections throughout production, and carry out routine maintenance in line with our 5S procedures. As the team grows, you will also play a role in bringing new members up to speed.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment, the ability to read and follow technical assembly instructions, and the patience and persistence to see every task through to a high-quality result.

Both roles are based at our state-of-the-art Gnangara facility, where you will have access to a fully equipped on-site gym, an indoor basketball court, an annual wellness allowance, and early finish Fridays.
