A growing Sydney commercial construction contractor is looking for a Site Supervisor to join their team. They work primarily on government projects across NSW, including fitout, refurbishment, and heritage work. This is a company that's still building its team and wants the right people to grow with them.

You don't need 15 years behind you. You need the right attitude, a solid foundation, and the drive to take ownership on site.

The Role:

Supervising day-to-day site operations across commercial construction and fitout projects

Managing subcontractors, trades, and site labour

Coordinating site access, inductions, and daily scheduling

Maintaining WHS compliance and running toolbox talks

Liaising with project managers, consultants, and clients on site

Working across government, fitout, refurbishment, and heritage project types

About You:

Trade background in carpentry preferred, or a Bachelor of Construction Management

Some site supervision experience,



but we're not looking for someone with 20 years who's set in their ways

Comfortable working on government projects and live environments

Organised, safety conscious, and valuable with people

Looking to grow with a company, not just fill a seat
