As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Repair Technician to join our Sydney team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on technician who enjoys fault finding, repairing equipment, solving technical problems, and being part of a growing global brand. You’ll play an important role in supporting our customers, managing warranty repairs, improving product performance, and providing valuable technical feedback to our product development team.
Based in our Caringbah HQ, you’ll work alongside a friendly and supportive team where technical expertise, teamwork, problem‑solving, and a positive attitude are highly valued.
About the Role
As our Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and testing a range of pressure washers, pumps, motors, vacuums and electrical equipment. You will also take ownership of warranty assessments and repairs, ensuring customers receive efficient and reliable solutions.
- Diagnosing faults and repairing pressure washers, pumps, motors and electrical equipment
- Inspecting returned products and assessing warranty claims to determine faults, repair requirements, and outcomes
- Managing warranty repairs from initial assessment through to completion,
including accurate documentation and customer updates
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pump, and component‑related issues using logical diagnostic processes
- Carrying out repairs, servicing, testing, and quality checks on products
- Replacing and repairing components including pumps, seals, valves, motors, switches, hoses, fittings, and electrical parts
- Conducting final testing to ensure repaired units are operating correctly before being returned to customers
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams
- Communicating with customers over the phone to provide advice, fault diagnosis, and repair updates
- Maintaining accurate repair records, warranty information, and job notes using internal computer systems
- Managing multiple repair jobs while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Working closely with customer service and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Providing technical feedback and recommendations to assist with product improvements and future product development
About You
- Previous experience repairing pressure washers, pumps, power tools, electrical equipment, or similar products (minimum 5 years)
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with motors,
pumps, wiring, switches, and electrical components
- The ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently
- A methodical approach to problem‑solving and fault finding
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
- Confidence communicating with customers and providing technical advice
- Good computer skills, including email and service management systems
- The ability to manage multiple jobs and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Full Australian working rights (this role is not suitable for applicants requiring visa sponsorship)
