About the Role

Based at our Caboolture showroom, you'll play a key role in guiding customers through their entire ownership journey from their first enquiry right through to handover and ongoing support.

This is more than just a sales role. You'll become a trusted advisor, helping customers choose the right product for their lifestyle and ensuring they have an outstanding experience every step of the way.





You may also have opportunities to attend caravan and camping shows and represent the Austrack Campers brand at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with enquiries relating to camper trailers, hybrid campers, caravans and our premium Zodiac range.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer handovers.
- Prepare stock for customer delivery, including detailing and quality control inspections.
- Complete pre-delivery inspections and maintain customer-ready presentation standards.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain showroom and yard presentation.
- Assist with stock movement and general yard duties.
- Work collaboratively with sales, service, production and administration teams.
- Attend caravan and camping shows if required.
- Champion the customer experience and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You

- You enjoy talking to people, building genuine relationships and helping customers make informed decisions.
- You are organised, self-motivated, hands-on and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Most importantly,



you understand that people aren't just buying a caravan or camper they're investing in future adventures.
- Current driver's licence.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sound computer skills, including CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to assist with vehicle preparation and showroom operations.
- Flexibility to work at our Burpengary Showroom if required.

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience within the caravan, camper trailer, automotive, marine, 4WD, outdoor recreation or tourism industries.
- A genuine passion for camping, caravanning and outdoor adventure.
- Experience towing and reversing camper trailers, hybrids or caravans ranging from approximately 10ft to 23ft a bonus.
