Resero Group is seeking a proactive Customer Service & Delivery Experience Team Leader to join our Service & Delivery team based at our Minto office in NSW. This genuine player‑coach role will lead a small team while personally managing complex orders from coordination through to on‑the‑ground delivery.
You will oversee the broader customer journey from post‑sale through to post‑delivery, coordinating customer orders, logistics, and working with freight partners, suppliers, and contractors.
