- We are seeking an experienced, motivated and well-presented Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part time/casual basis. The role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments, processing billing, and supporting our doctors and nurses in a professional environment.
You will need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- Experience in Medical Director and Pracsoft
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, supportive team
