The Role

We are looking for an energizing and confident Night Porter/ Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Night Team, connecting with our guests and assisting to ensure smooth nighttime hotel operations.

Depending on the right candidate, this role may be on a full-time basis covering 5x night shifts per week or 2x part time positions, ideal for students looking to gain experience in the hotel environment.

Being able to multi-task and care for our guests at nighttime is full of exciting challenges.

Primary Responsibilities

- Provide assistance to front office reception services (checking in guests, managing, responding to calls and requests promptly) at nighttime
- Delivery of luggage to guest rooms
- Assisting with guest enquiries e.g. directions, recommendations of restaurants, events, tourist attractions...
- Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues & complaints
- Assist to maintain security and safety standards during the night shift.
- Previous experience in Night Porter or Night Receptionist is an advantage
- High level of both written and verbal communication
- Flexible to work on a 7-day rotating roster
- Working rights in Australia
- Being able to handle physical demanding job
