MCC Group Pty Ltd is locally established civil construction and mining company servicing the Central Highlands and Bowen Basin, QLD region.

We are looking for an experiencedCivil Coordinator to join our ever-growing team. This role is based at a coal mine located near Moranbah, Qld.You will manage field crews, handle day to day logistics and maintain strong communication with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Must have a minimum 4+ years of civil and construction or mining management experience

Sound knowledge of open cut mining, mine site services and safety procedures

Solid time management, organizational, and leadership skills

Act as the single point of contact with the project's customer and your team onsite

Ensure daily operations comply with SHMS requirements

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental,



and legislative requirements

Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, and resources

Adaptable to change and ability to manage challenging conditions

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
